Julian is the President of the United States of America.
Biography
Invasion of Earth
Julian along with his wife were in an aircraft directed to the White House, when it was attacked by several Parademons. The plane was soon taken over by the creatures, with Julian's security swiftly defeated. However, the President and his wife were saved by Wonder Woman. After the defeat of Darkseid by the newly formed Justice League, Julian held a ceremony at the White House, honoring the heroes for saving the Earth.[1]
