The Lazarus Pits are a form of green waters located in certain parts of the world, which have the ability to heal any and all physical injuries.
History
The Lazarus Pit are pools of waters located around the world, mainly in Nanda Parbat that have have allowed Ra's al Ghul to live and resurrect himself for hundreds of years. However, Trigon claimed that the pits were his creation, who enslaved the souls of whoever used them once they died.
Even though it can bring people back from the dead, if the body is very badly damaged, it won't be able to revive them. One such case is when Ra's body was severely burned in a fight with his former pupil Deathstroke, Talia told Damian who tried lift his body into the waters that his injuries were beyond the ability of Lazarus Pit. When confronting Deathstroke in Scotland, Slade claimed when he threatened Talia with a gun that the Lazarus Pit would not be able to heal her. This however was proven false as Batman walked into the waters with her and she revived after Deathstroke shot her.
Deathstroke planned on selling samples of the waters to wealthy people all over the planet from the oil rig. He mentions this during his final battle against Damian. It is revealed that Deathstroke survived his encounter with Damian through the waters of Lazarus Pit which erupted from the pipes.

- The Lazarus Pit is known to warp the users mind. This is possibly why Talia al Ghul had a drastic personality change between Son of Batman & Batman: Bad Blood.
- The user does not need to be dead in order to use the pits. It has the abilities to heal injuries including passed injuries.
- The users soul is only claimed by Trigon, if the person immersed in the pit is nearing or already dead.
- Since Bruce carried Talia into the Lazarus Pit during Son of Batman it is possible that any passed injuries and scars he had were healed as a result.
