The Electrocutioner was part of the Heretic's team. Their mission was to extract information and technology from Wayne Enterprise's business manager Lucius Fox. The team was intercepted by Nightwing and Robin. He was later killed by The Heretic for disobeying his orders when he tried to kill Robin.

Under the command of the Heretic, he was sent by Talia al Ghul to extract Wayne technology from Lucius Fox, but was intercepted by Nightwing and Robin. Electrocutioner fried a weakened Robin until the former was by killed the Heretic when the former ignored his warning.

- Electrocutioner suit: Electrocutioner wore a suit with circuitry that let him generate electricity from his hands. Electrocutioner controlled the amount of electricity generated, and could stun or kill a target with it.
