Nathaniel Adams was a member of the Justice League known as Captain Atom.
Biography[]
Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox[]
Pre-Flashpoint[]
Alongside his fellow Justice League allies, Captain Atom arrived at the Flash Museum in Central City to stop the Rogues. With Eobard's futuristic bombs about to go off and destroy ten square blocks of the city, Atom insisted on vaporizing the bombs, but Wonder Woman reminded him that would risk vaporizing the Rogues as well. Captain Atom took Captain Boomerang and Cyborg to a safe distance, where Cyborg could work to safely disarm the boomerang villain's bomb.
Flashpoint Paradox[]
In the new timeline Captain Atom attempted to stop Aquaman on his own and never returned with everyone presuming him to be dead. He was actually being used as a battery for Aquaman's weapon which he planned to use if he failed in defeating Wonder Woman. When Wonder Woman killed Aquaman, he activated the machine with his dying breath which caused an explosion that began to destroy the world with Atom presumably dying as a result.

Trivia[]
- Captain Atom does not make an appearance in the Post-Flashpoint Timeline. It's highly likely whatever gave him his powers didn't happen in the New Timeline or he died during War as a causality. When Flash moves to reset the timelime for a new Flashpoint, it is possible he will comeback.
